I have to say, I received the best service here. I arrived 10–15 minutes before closing and felt bad about it, but the sales associate reassured me, saying, “No worries.” She was incredibly patient, and I never felt rushed. Taniya was not only patient but also very knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely return. 5 star!!

I renovated two bathrooms and Bath Depot was one of the first places I visited. Michelle took the time to patiently walk me through all the available options in-store as I decided on vanity cabinets, porcelain tops and a shower column. When I called back a week later to order a shower door Lan was just as helpful and patient with me and all my questions.

Delivery and pick up went smoothly and both Michelle and Lan even helped load all the boxes in my vehicle.

Eight weeks into my renovation one of the shower door pieces went missing and Michelle went above and beyond for me, making sure I had a replacement part the next business day! Absolutely incredible customer service!

My only complaint is that the instructions for the vanity (Bianca Collection) are wrong on one step which meant I had to go back during the assembly and start over. Luckily I caught it early and knew what to do for the second vanity assembly. As another review mentioned, the door/drawer adjustment is tricky and takes some time figure out - the instructions should be more clear.

Overall I give Bath Depot five stars for their willingness to go above and beyond. This will be my first stop next time I update my kitchen or bathroom.

We originally purchased a shower set from Home Depot but it came with parts that weren't able to be properly installed with the tiles and piping in our bathroom. Our contractors asked us to buy a shower rail set so that we could have a better set up.

We went to Bath Depot and were pleased with our purchase as it was the best priced product compared to other similar stores, and the service in the store was excellent. We were already set on making the purchase but the staff took the time to understand our situation and make sure the product was ideal for us so we didn't end up buying something we didn't need or wouldn't be happy with.

About a month after our purchase of the product they took the time to give us a call to make sure that everything was going well and that the product was working well for us. Our only regret was not going to Bath Depot earlier.
