Good product and a large showroom but was more than disappointed with customer service. Was shocked to hear they offer no install and delivery means leaving everything in your driveway. You have to hire moving services, installers, plumbers all separately. When I called for a service request on a vanity the staff I spoke to informed me they don't do service and that I would have to figure it out myself. She was very rude and unhelpful. Chase (a service technician) called me back to provide adequate instruction and reassure me the issue would be resolved

I absolutely love dealing with Aqualux. We have purchased almost all of our bathroom fixtures (including a few of our vanities, toilets, tubs, showers, all shower and bath hardware, sinks, etc) through Aqualux over the past 3 years.

From day one, it was obvious that this team knew their stuff. They were willing to work with the design team and I to stay within my budget (or wiggle where we wanted to) while bringing my ideas to life.

There were zero high-pressure sales tactics, there was no push to make the sale. At the end of the day, the shopping experience with them truly was " All about the customer".

After the fact, we have had 2 small warrantee claims on two of our shower and bath faucets. This is usually where I expect service to fall apart.... But Aqualux steps up, not only handling the entire warantee process with a smile on their face, but also going above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and understands the entire process.

Hands down, I recommend Aqualux. I look forward to continuing to shop with them in the future!

Did our bathroom at the beginning of this year. The staff at aqualux , so helpful and down to earth. We didn't buy everything there. We bought dbl vanity sinks and fixtures. Bought the tub and shower fixtures. So satisfied. We never felt pressure. Gave us helpful info.
