Do NOT shop at this place. The quality of their products is terrible—you’re basically buying single-use items. We received our vanity on Saturday and installed it on Wednesday, and one of the drawers already had a huge bubble on it, as if it was poorly glued. We called right away on Thursday morning, and they told us that if we wanted to return it, we’d have to pay a 30% restocking fee because we had already installed it and didn’t have the original box. So, not only did I waste money on installation and removal, but now I’m expected to pay 30% to return a defective item? This is outrageous. Save yourself the headache and money—buy from another store where you’ll get a better product and customer service that actually cares about quality, not just money.

The only positive experience was with a salesman named Himalaya, who was very nice when we made the purchase. Unfortunately, when we tried to return the item, he wasn’t there. Instead, we dealt with a man named Taylor, who was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

I recently had an amazing experience at Bath Depot, and I can't recommend them enough! The customer service was exceptional, and I had the pleasure of working with Himalaya. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. It was clear that he genuinely listened to my needs, and as a result, he was able to show me several options that fit perfectly within my budget.

We had an Amazing shopping experience with Himalaya and Aditi today.
We walked into the store wanting to see a display model. We were greeted warmly by Aditi who served us with utmost patience. Himalaya, assistant manager who has an abundance knowledge of the store products was able to help us purchase everything we need for the bathroom we are renovating.
The store has an excellent selection of bath related products, all at reasonable prices. We definitely would recommend this store to friends and family. Thank you Himalaya and Aditi.

I had a very positive experience with Bath Depot Kitchener’s staff during our recent bathroom renovation! We had to return some items and they replaced them with. I hassle. I found their prices to be better than other retailers and the quality of the products is excellent. I also really like that the bath and showers were manufactured in Canada. I highly recommend them.

The quality of their products is awful—cheap MDF that doesn’t hold up. It’s clear their return policies are designed to protect them, anticipating customers will want to return items shortly after installation because of the poor craftsmanship. On top of that, Taylor was rude, impolite, and completely unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. I definitely do not recommend this company.

DO NOT BUY AT THIS PLACE - The product quality is appalling. While I understand the principle of "you get what you pay for," one would still expect a basic standard of quality. Unfortunately, the vanity I purchased began to show manufacturing defects just one day after installation.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to return the defective item, I was refunded only 70% of the purchase price because I no longer had the original packaging. This experience has been both disappointing and frustrating.

One last note, if you must buy from this store, avoid dealing with Tylor. He made the return process unnecessarily frustrating, going so far as to refuse multiple requests to contact the manager.

This store is a nightmare. The vanity we bought started falling apart the day after installation, proving the poor material used (MDF). When I attempted to return it, I was shocked to only receive 70% of my money back due to not having the original box. Both the product quality and their customer service leave much to be desired.

Don't shop at Bath Depot. I spent quite a bit of money with them and had three separate issues related to damaged and incorrect products. This cost me time and money. I was given the number for Head Office as the store said they have done everything they could. I called H/O and was told I would get a call back after review. Nothing so I called back a week later. I was then told I would get a call from a Manager...still nothing. Unfortunate as I have told a few people looking to buy bathroom products to stay away from Bath Depot so they have.
