Joel, Amber & Stephanie at Bath Depot in Windsor were amazing. So very helpful patience with us/ me. I have recommended them to others. We are doing a second bathroom in the spring and shopping will be done here.
Prices are very affordable and they have lots of options! We love the pressure on the shower unit and love the product ✨️ . As l said staff is wonderful. Thank you so very much for them. If you are smart you will do everything to keep them.

Very good experience here for a full bathroom renovation. Joel assisted me and was more knowledgeable regarding the work than my contractor and plumber for some items. Kudos.

Strangely, there was a slight issue updating the proper phone number in their system to schedule (free) delivery of my purchases. It was resolved quickly enough. No biggie but I mention it simply to provide feedback.

Overall, I am quite happy with the service provided and quality of purchased products. Well done.

Started with taking forever for the sales person (a young Indian fellow) to get our order that we paid good money for because he was busy trying to get a commission off another customer (even though I was there first).. he told us he was getting our order, so we were waiting outside in the freezing cold for about 20 minutes, went back in to see him with customers that came in after us, he apologized and said he was helping other customers, again we were there first and our order was already paid for..
Brought it home (kept it safe until we were ready to build, bought ahead of time for a new build).
Bought the black vanity and matching black linen closet with the gold swirls..they are very Poorly packaged, had grease marks all over and littered with scratches because there was nothing in between the boards and they were rubbing on each other, the vanity is missing a plastic insert for part (A), some screw dowel thing (3rd pic), and to cap it all off, the beautiful pattern that we bought it for has been put on the inside of the vanity doors and the outside is plain!!(last 2 pics shows the inside and outside vanity doors).. won't be buying anything here again.. posted a couple pics to get an idea

We are a first time shopper at Bath Depot. Thank you Thank you Joel. From the minute we walked in to the time of our order and delivery we were very pleased. It was probably the fastest we have chosen items for a house. As it was a major renovation, Joel guided us through the process, from choosing just the right vanity, adding some color, the right taps and our new shower. We got a FOG free mirror with different light options which looks amazing. The fan has blue tooth and you can change the color of the light. Its so nice to listen to music in the shower. Everything is installed but we have some finishing touches for the brick wall that we uncovered and decided to keep. But imagine raw edge wood shelves and custom frame around the edges. So glad we went to Bath Depot for the personal service and also how great Joel was with advice. Thanks again!!!!

My wife and I first met with Joel for guidance in choosing a couple vanities for a new house we were building. He was very helpful in pick them out and explained the procedure of ordering and advised us if we need to change or cancel it was fine. We did some changing and some cancelling.
