I had Bath Expert come and do my bath tub over into a shower. I was very happy with the large number of products they had to choose from. I liked that they had differant wall materials to choose from in colours, also, colour choices for foldup seat, shelves, ceiling, support bars, etc. They stuck to their time table the best they could, they where on time, polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. My biggest need was a cover for my window which was in the shower and they had a beautiful white shutter to cover the window (I think they came in colours too). I am very happy with the work and almost a year later it still looks beautiful and I love it. The plumbing and removal of the walls and bath tub area was very well done and I have had no problems with it. They were fair with the pricing and was the best price for what I got. Thanks Bath Expert for your wonderful service, I am very happy with it.

I contracted with the Bath Expert to replace sliding glass doors on tub and shower. Old sliders removed and new thicker glass sliders installed with soft close.

Dan, the owner quoted the job, provided a great comparative price, and the work was done efficiently and professionally on the date agreed. The site was cleaned when the job was finished and the finished product looked great and works perfectly.

We have used Bath Expert for both our bathroom shower and tub renovations. We purchased a 30 year old home that had original and outdated tubs and showers. Our master bath shower was not a standard size because it was a wheelchair accessible one. We had a hard time figuring out a reasonable solution for an update. We did not want traditional tile and grout because of past experiences with cleaning and maintenance. We found bath expert in our searches and called Dan to come by and give us a quote. He took the time to explain the product and process. We were sold on the custom size and maintenance free product, which is exactly what we wanted.
We booked the first bathroom update and were really pleased with the results and the finished look. We were so happy that we recently decided to update the second bathroom. We called bath expert again.
The installers were on time, friendly, professional and took the time to make sure everything was properly installed, fit right and all seams caulked and sealed.
I highly recommend bath expert if you’re looking for a custom size or maintenance free product. Thank you Dan and team for a job well done!

Had these guys in to replace our shower do some flooring and replace some drywall. They were professional and courteous every step of the way, including after installation service when we had a minor issue. The price was reasonable and much lower than other quotes we got. We LOVE our new shower and will definitely call them again for future projects. 100% recommend!

Dan and the team were excellent. The price was great - I had 2 other quotes and Dan beat them both.. They came to renovate my tub/shower and they did it all in a day and cleaned up after themselves.. it's beautiful and I am so happy with it!

We had a walk on shower installed. Dan was very good at recommending styling and accessories such as the grab bars and seat. He was also great at matching up fixtures to go with our existing ones.
We did have some issues with the caulking and the door jambs not fitting properly into the door frame and they kept opening. After contacting the office, Dan reached out to us and we were able to rectify the problems to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company based on there competitive pricing and customer care.

Bath Expert did a complete renovation for my grandmother and charged her 15K. The work completed was terrible and unprofessional. It looks like they used 20 tubes of caulking to fix their mistakes.
They cracked the first tub surround and then replaced it with the wrong coloured one, still waiting for the proper one 4 months after the job.
Sub floor and linoleum was cut too short, it was fixed but you can see in the picture how it was fixed. I don''t think caulking is the proper repair.
The door striker plate was put back on and the screws were put in on an angle so it wrecked the door. They put bigger screws in, still on an angle. Grandma has now fixed it herself properly by filling in the holes then putting the screws in. They blamed this on the house shifting, which has never shifted in the past 20 years but hey why not start now.
The electrical switch was installed on an angle and the drywall was done terribly around it. They repaired the drywall but still looked terrible. Grandma is fixing this herself.
Trim has more caulking and bad cuts then i can count.
Tub was scratched, buffed out but can still see the marks in it.
The vanity was ordered with drawers on the right side and a center sink. Somewhere along the lines the company realized they had to use an offset sink but had already installed the vanity light and mirror. So this is now offset from the sink. Hard to get ready in the morning when you mirror is not over your sink. We are still waiting on the center sink counter top . Its being blamed on the manufacture taking this long. I think 13 weeks is long enough.
They removed an old medicine cabinet which made a hole into the next room. They didn't fix it or even say anything, instead they put cardboard and tape over it.. When questioned about it they said it wasn't their work that caused it Not sure how it isn't but i guess 15K wont cover any extras.
I would never use or recommend this company; We have been asking for months to finish the repair work that needs to be done. We have not had any more answers, re-work or returned calls. Take you money to a professional installation company.
