This is my fifty-third year in the kitchen/bath business, and with this longevity in mind we offer reassurance to our clients. Purchased a Bristol kitchen sink part of the kitchen renovation. After a couple of days using the sink it was all scratched up in the bottom and sides, just from regular dishes in the sink.
Tried contacting Bristol to explain them the problem, and all they replied is on teaching us how to clean a sink properly. Seriously, it's really not a new gadget I own , it's a sink. I know how to use it and how to clean it.
The stainless steel is a very soft and crappie material, if it can be scratched by a plate. Please avoid this supplier they obviously provide very low quality materials and their customer service is awful.

VIOLA KITCHEN FAUCET PULLDOWN MATTE BLACK- The worse faucet I have ever owned, had to replace it twice in two years. Originally installed by Casey’s Creative Kitchens with our kitchen remodel. The hot water side had no pressure after 6 months of install, was told it was the cartridge by their support team (Bristol). Drove to london, picked up a new cartridge and installed same day. Still No pressure on hot side, emailed them back right away ( support team) and was told they would replace with a brand new faucet as it was only 6 months old. Drove back to london again and picked up a new faucet the following day, to have it fail again this time about a year and a bit later with the exact same issue. Very disappointed as this is not a cheap faucet.

We have decided to give up on this brand and go back to what has all ways worked in our household with no issues… Moen.

Purchased a set of faucets , problems 1 month later. Contacted dealer. Bristol never tried to contact me. Terrible service. Will never buy again.

We installed a Bristol sink as part of a refresh of our 23-year-old kitchen (and perfect condition though style-dated sink). The new Bristol sink was visibly, and in some spots badly, scratched after just five days of normal use.

After about an hour of effort, we managed to get some of the most superficial scratches buffed out using Bar Keepers Friend, and we ended up having to buy an insert rack to protect the bottom of the sink from further scratching. Still the sink remains visibly (and easily) scratched after just a week and a half since installation.

Would recommend Bristol to anyone in sink and faucet market.
