During a kitchen reno, I went to our local EMCO EnSuite to look at what I could find to compliment our new cabinets and countertops. We were advised by Karly on what fixtures we could get for a sink and faucets. We were sold two BRIZO faucets and everything that was needed to have an insinkerator instant hot water tap installed. We spent $5961.87!! on a sink and two faucets. the first faucet was installed without issue. The instant hot water faucet however, arrived months later and was installed in Nov. 2022. We discovered a leak under the sink in our new cabinet almost immediately. When we asked them about it, we were told to call a plumber. Apparently they had sold us a unit without all of the required parts. We waited 8 months for a tube and paid another plumber bill to have the tube installed. The leak continued...when we called and spoke to Louise we were told that this was a warranty issue and that we needed to contact Insinkerator to fix the hot water tank. after a $500 bill for a service call, we were told that the faucet needed another hose that should have been sold and installed from the beginning. Insinkerator said it did not have anything to do with the warranty and we should ask EMCO about the missing part.
Jack at EMCO now tells us that we are responsible for all the paid plumber and Insinkerator bills, we are still waiting for them to get a hose which was ordered 6 months ago apparently. We paid EMCO in December of 2021...we still don't have a faucet!!
No one will take ownership and admit they made a mistake in selling and ordering the parts. No one will fix our tap without being paid again and we don't even have an ETA for a working tap. The 2 year warranty on the product will expire before it can even be used.
I have been very patient and respectful of their employees and took into consideration the supply chain issue etc. I have not badgered them or threatened to post a bad review however, this is now my only option as they have abandoned my issue. I would not recommend this local company to anyone that I know. Although it has beautiful inventory, the staff do not have any interest in their client once the product is sold.

First visit to EMCO today, so glad a bigbox store recommended I check with EMCO for something bigbox didnt have in stock. Not only did EMCO have plenty of the item i needed, their service was exceptional, some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. Many thanks to Jacqueline and Karly for their top shelf service. They will be our go-to now for our business.
