I really am surprised with the negative comments on here. I bought a truck cap which they meticulously installed. 3 people did the install while we watched and did a great job. I am very satisfied with the whole process from the Facebook contact to driving away with our new cap.

The 3 guys were very friendly and great to talk to.

STAY AWAY
EDIT: After they seen this review they threatened us with quote: "your company has more to lose than ours" and said they would give us our money back only if we removed the review.
They then sent an email with agreement terms saying they will give us our money if we agree not to post negative reviews. They also claimed to call the company we own and accused us of being scammers.

In the end we did not sign the agreement and they did refund us our money so take that for what it's worth.

Original review:
They were selling a 2013 tundra. We wanted an inspection and agreed we would pay for it. They wanted a $500 deposit and we had a verbal agreement we would be refunded minus the cost of the inspection if we weren't happy with it.

Long story short we didn't like the inspection and asked for our money back which they declined. They asked what are you going to do about it and hung up.

If they are willing to risk their reputation over a couple hundred bucks what else are willing to hide?

Lesson learned on our end. Hope others can learn from our mistake and stay away as well.

Went in to look at ford explorer the staff was rude and got mad at me when I asked to scan the unit. I asked if it was an old police car and he insisted it was not ( it definitely was) when I look on the roof I found it to be covered in duct tape to cover all the holes to many to even count. Very shady if you ask me.

Bought a set of their Chinese copy headlights and one leaked in water and ruined the headlight in less than 6 months. Buy the real thing . Don't cheap out or you'll end up regretting it.

If they are selling something - check Princess Auto for the same item at a lower price! Lots of items purchased there and resold.

Reply to owner: Princess Auto is a Canadian family owned business. I am just helping people so they can stretch their money in a time of inflation and price gouging.

Had a very good experience today. Bought tow mirrors a d a new grill for my truck. Great guys to work with. They spent all the time helping .make sure proper fit. Highly recommend this store for custom auto and mechanical stuff. Great selection of auto lighting too.
