Smaller Rona than I am used to but has a lot of stuff there which is great! Staff was super nice and friendly. I’d imagine I could get the stuff I need for most of the projects I’m planning around my house at this Rona even though it’s small. The photos attached are the stuff I was interested in seeing for my bathroom Reno- not sure it’ll help anyone but you can see the store in the background (also great prices on the items lol)

Horrible experience yesterday feb1. Every month I purchase lot stuff as contractor. I tried to return some stuff which I don't needed.the cashier sharry she refused to return my stuff without receipt then I show here Receipt. I have bussiness account with Rona 5 years. I make 5 to 10 trip in day.
I purchase my stuff with cash she refused to give me cash .which is not right. She said our police as store credits or debit. Which is i don't want. She said I don't have$ 200 cash. It's big store don't have info cash to surve the customer. I need have hard with Rona. But she mess with my day.i hope mangment consider this matter. Or I have to find other stores.

Terrible experience today, store confirmed they had 6 antifreeze in stock, worker walked to the back to see other worker and they had a very inappropriate conversation about not going to look for it. 1st worker came back as if we couldn't hear the conversation and said they are out or in the back and said sorry, so we left.
Terrible customer service, lazy employees.

Everytime we walk through Rona's doors in Chatham we get excellent service! Sylvain gave me 10 star customer service! From the moment I walked to the back desk he took great care of me and educated me on the best products to use for painting my livingroom, kitchen and hallway. He even answered questions on the right product I would need to paint my deck and the best one! Our house went from a dark grey to a beautiful peach that makes our home look brighter and so much warmer. We love it. The below picture is the deck. We would not have known the best product without Sylvain's assistance. Merci beaucoup Sylvain!

We had purchased an EBSU Eklipse 4 drawer Base cabinet online. When we opened it, the bottom was damaged. Okay, easy enough to exchange. Get a second one home, same thing! Easy enough to exchange again. The third one seemed to be in good condition and when it was about to be installed, we noticed that one of the drawers has a big crack on the inside, from top to bottom. For the cost of this cabinet, it needs to be perfect, so we called the store and we can exchange just the drawer. The rest of our cabinets (upper and lower in the same brand) were in great shape. I am not sure what was wrong with those 4 drawer cabinets, but we appreciate the customer service at our local Rona in Chatham that were willing to make it right.
