Shopped at the garden centre on May 22, 2024 and OMG this was the BEST one yet. Most importantly, all the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The young fellow who helped me load all my heavy landscaping stone was super strong and super charming. Besides all that, the greenhouse is filled to capacity with absolutely everything any gardener desires and then some. The plants were all vibrant and gorgeous. Take a look for yourself at my photos.

For the amount of staff working there I would expect to have no problems finding what I need. The last two times I went in, the staff directs me to the area that could possibly have the product and I'm starting to think they are told not to leave their stations. I go to directed areas to find it's in an aisle nearby or they don't have it at all. I return to the person who directed me to explain it's not there and they aren't sure why.
I almost want to throw on another star for the trust they put in me to make sure I look where I need to and the polite apologies I receive in replacement for them not taking me to the product.
I'm not impressed with this Lowe's but I've sometimes had better luck south end and another location closer to Toronto.

Lady in the front at early morning was very rude. I felt my presence inconvenienced her, and she spoke in a demeaning manner. Asked her a question about getting a tool, and her first reaction was “I can’t because I’m at the desk.” Didn’t try to get someone to come over initially. When I took a picture of the product and code that I wanted, and only then she got someone.

I hate horrible customer service, and this takes the cake.

The last half a dozen times I've been here, no one offers help, just standing around chatting with other employees, and there are no cashier's open except one at the self checkout help station. Products I need are normally in stock and the store is organized well.

I called the night before and asked if they had a particular item and they said they did but it was too close to closing so I waited till the next day and drive all across the city to get it and they said they didn’t have any. So now I am a day behind on the job. So this is so clear of how people are under educated or don’t care about their job. This is very unprofessional. This is not the first time that I had to deal with people like this. What kind of compensation do we get to keep dealing with rona
