The times I have been there for lumber was always a long wait and hassle, one time the older guy took forever and had a terrible attitude. Another time attitude again with younger yard guy. In store they are ok, depending on who is working and not texting. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Just be aware you cannot do returns or exchanges unless nothing has been touched. I tried a new bike lock and did not like it. The next day I went to return it with my original receipt and all the packaging (I tried one lock it was a 3 pack). They refused to help me return or exchange it. They need to tell people this upon purchase or put a sign somewhere. Very unhappy with the service and do not recommend shopping. Shop somewhere where you know you will have better customer service and satisfaction guaranteed of products.

I will admit that I was shopping in this store around closing time Sunday May 29th 2022. My wife and I wanted to buy some patio furniture. We found the items that we wanted to purchase. There were 3 employees working in the store at the time two men and a very nice lady. If it was not for the professionalism of the lady employee, my wife and I would have taken our business elsewhere. The two gentlemen working at the time were the rudest customer service representatives I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Like I said I admit I walked into the store around closing time and I realize this can be annoying to employees. I too have a small business. If any of my employees treated a customer the way my wife and I were treated I would terminate their employment immediately. Weather its opening time or 5 minutes befoer closing time no one deserves the level disrespect my wife and I were the targets of. Remember customers pay your bills and salaries. I will never darken your door again.

If you want to feel ashamed of yourself for not knowing something about a product, come here. I wish I could give 0 stars. I went here three years ago and was treated badly for asking about a fire pit and swore I would never go back. I thought I was exaggerating, so I went back recently and it was worse. I cried in my car for 5 minutes after. I was looking for information about a product and they made me feel bad for asking. I ended up buying a product I didn't want because they were mad that I was wondering about the difference between two similar products.

This can be aWow visit. It’s now my first to go to store. It’s a have it all shop literally from a lot of Rv accessories to all my project needs and kids toys of every selection.
The staff are always very helpful to show you which aisle, basement or where in the lumber yard to venture down. The project items are endless. It’s a smaller looking store with a lot of space and organized with modern products. The pricing and delivery service is better than city outlets. Enjoy the adventure and be prepared to spend time to browse. Ps ask about the Grand Bend Locals card - they are always trying to give you a savings and soon like me becoming my first go to store in the Bend.

What is a cool place to walk in and look at all the stuff up and down the aisles it's a comfortable store and everything's pretty well in reach and you probably might like the plumbing in the basement now. I mean plumbing products it's big and open down there and they have a great selection of plumbing products .

So willing to help! When looking for a large tray I was shown different options and creative ideas. They even offered where I might find exactly what I was looking for at a different store and ended up heading downstairs and giving me an extra tray they had lying around! Amazing service!
