If zero stars was an option that's what I would give!!!!! Walked in the store 2 employees having a conservation behind the counter one with their back to me the other obvious could see me walk in, got no acknowledgement ok np , I don't usually go to this place I looked around for what I needed obvious I was having difficulty almost left then seen what I needed I grab it headed to the counter still no acknowledgement stood there then guy got up to cash me out I just felt uncomfortable and awkward so I said actually I changed my mind went to leave, the other employee must of been done there shift she was leaving ahead of me and my son she nicely held the door which great but I walked right by said nothing then employee who held door open sparky says thank you , I said back usually when customers walk in a business they get a hello something and me walking around obviously not finding what I'm looking for ,I've worked customer service and I'm bascially asked for a thank you ha nice interaction. Glad I went to another place and happy and thankful for the service I received at sills hardware considering rona had no other customers and sills has about 5 customers or more possibly. Never will be back
**right after I made this review I called the store talked to the manager who was the other person behind the counter , I have no interest for any further contact but thanks for the offer that's the most customer service I recieved in the whole experience 😀

Pretty good selection, but soil and mulch, etc., not as good due to COVID-19. Social distancing when standing in line, which is appropriate.
