Just bought an all the stuff to fully renovate our bathroom. I never leave full commented reviews but my experience at this particular Rona with the gentleman Steve back in the bathroom supplies was absolutely amazing, not only did he deal with us several times needing large quotes made out, but he did this all with a smile, he went far above and beyond to assist when we came to purchase everything and even went into parts of the stores he don’t work to help us get all the stuff we wanted. Very great experience with Steve, he made our visit great.

Went to the garden center to pick up a few plants...we ended up buying over 40 plants...and met an incredible human being named Gary (Assistant Manager). He is extremely knowledgeable in all things plants and was able to help us buy a number of tropical plants to decorate our father's backyard. He went above and beyond what customer service represents. He deserves an award. I will recommend Lowe's garden center to anyone needing anything garden-outdoor entertainment in Sarnia. Thank you Gary for all your help!!! 🌺🌱🌴🪴💯

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve had in years. You can’t find anyone. It’s like they hide on you. I ended up having to go the front 2x on 2 different visits to get help with tile. Never going back here. Employees congregate! Worst store ever! Can you spot an employee? Maybe they are playing hide and go seek.

A quality store with all of your needs conveniently located.

Coming from out of town, it was unfortunate one staff member was not appropriate with his answers and statements.

I had called earlier asking to view some flooring. He advised it was ok to do and after driving an hour the same employee whom I had been speaking with told me I could not do what he said I could do on the phone.

The comments made during the conversation were unprofessional, inappropriate, unwelcomed and unacceptable.

Further customer service training needs to be completed.

Other staff members were accommodating and professional.

Just bought a lawnmower from Rona. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Not only did the guy (Michael) show me all the models that they carried on their website, but he also helped me load my new mower into my car afterwards. Very friendly service all around.

The staff at the checkout was very rude and impolite to the customer. She was agreeing on behalf of the customer without waiting for them to read and agree on the POS system. This made the customer very unhappy.
