Acheter il ya 3 ans ( 3 etes ) le tissu résiste très mal au soleil la couleur est passée et surtout s effiloche on ne peut s assoir dessus sans se remplir de petits fils assez deçue pour des produits chers !!!!!

De kwaliteit van hun producten is ongeëvenaard, oog voor detail. Het team van Roolf -living was ongelooflijk behulpzaam en vriendelijk, en ze stonden altijd klaar om al mijn vragen te beantwoorden en me te begeleiden bij het kiezen van de perfecte items. Ze passen prachtig in mijn exterieur en hebben echt een vleugje elegantie en stijl toegevoegd.

Mit großer Vorfreude habe ich mir im April einen großen Outdoorteppich gekauft. Nun, Anfang Juni, ist die dunkelrote Faser überall dort, wo die Sonne den Teppich gesehen hat, grau geworden, Die Farbe ist, außer unter dem Sofa fast vollständig verschwunden. Das finde ich sehr enttäuschend, denn uns wurde die tolle Qualität des Herstellers so angepriesen. Das kann ich leider also nicht bestätigen. Es kann ja sein, dass das langfristig nicht anders möglich ist, aber nach 6 Wochen ausgeblichen ist für mich ein Qualitätsmangel. Leider ist der Teppich nicht mehr im Sortiment. Dennoch werde ich den Hersteller dazu kontaktieren. Schade schade… volkmar Neumann

I absolutely won't recommend the product; actually, if I could give zero stars I would have done that. After a bit over 2 years the fabric fraid away, so it's very clear that the fabric will not resist the sun. Very disappointing for this price category. The store I bought them in Vienna contacted the producer but a replacement was refused because was a bit over 2 years. Worth noting that the store in Vienna stopped cooperation with Roolf as there were so many claims and bad service from Roolf. I even wrote to Roolf directly but nobody even bother replying. Btw, I have two of their products and one is in perfect condition while the other frays and falls apart; both are treated the same way, so go figure out why this is happening... Make yourself a favour and spend your hard-earned money somewhere else with better quality and a company that stands behind its products instead of inventing excuses for why this is happening. Eventually is an outdoor product and not furniture for the museum. At the closure of this review, I would like to note the big marketing misinformation Roolf is doing on their website sawing people using the product on the beach, etc. I mean this product can't withstand normal use in the garden after a bit over two years.

Zeer tevreden over mijn nieuwe tapijten en stevige zakken. Zeer makkelijk te combineren voor zowel binnen als buiten, altijd leuk om lokale producten te kopen van goede kwaliteit, goede service en vriendelijk geholpen geweest.
