It's a really big Walmart supercenter where you can find everything there.
This store is so clean and tidy with good staff who help you with a smile, there are a good quantity of shopping cards always in storage and wheelchair card machines exist in store for disabled and old people.
There is free WiFi inside the store and you can check the price of stuff at various points between shelves.
Very good access to Westbrook CTrain station and buses to go downtown and other places.
Good and supportive front-end & customer service staff.
I recommend you to shop this store.

Low quality of products, especially fresh, rotten apples or arugula, is not uncommon. I recently bought arugula that started to rot 5 days before the expiration date. On the photo you still have 3 days before expiring the date.

I have been coming here for years, shopping for a family spending around or close to $1000/month. The fact I felt like I had to customer service the staff all this time and never got help for anything, their managers always dismissive and less than helpful, would be fine except for today. With a 300$ order and my 13 month year old daughter, my till mysteriously stopped worked and the two ladies herded me to another till, their self checkout tills have a 12 inch by 12 inch table for you to put your stuff before scanning and 2 foot by 4 foot table for your purchases after. I didn’t want to put my stuff on the ground and they were adamant and forceful that all my stuff be on the right hand side of the till. I asked what was going on here and why I absolutely had to put my stuff on the ground and why I couldn’t properly organize my things a I scanned them. Another customer saw what was going on and voiced their concern. To no avail. Not sure what kind of country we are living in right now, especially when the manager I talked to after doubled down on this “absolute policy”. Surely the staff who read this will do so as well. Off to Costco for me. There was even a time months before when I forgot to pay with a lot on my mind and rushed back to pay! Absolutely ridiculous being treated like a criminal over nothing. Wake up Walmart.

Unacceptable behavior from one of the front cashier managers. In front of me and other customers scolding one of the cashier's loud and extremely aggressive. This is not something that should be done in front of any customer. Dignity for the employee is something I would have thought Walmart would have policies in place for. I will not be coming back to this location and I hope management has a talk with the manager who was working at 2 pm today. The whole interaction made me and the people behind us very uncomfortable. The person behind me was asking if she should say something!!! Very disappointed.

People in the technology section are super kind and friendly. Good with quiet and anxious people such as myself and will often come up to you to see if you need anything at all. Regular staff not so much. Often times completely ignore you unless you loudly get their attention.

I found a staff to help me with the LOCKED baby formulas and he said he will let the guy who has the key know. Then I've waited to get the baby formula for 30 MINUTES even after I scanned the QR code and then asked for help from another staff passed by. I don't know why is it so hard to get someone to open the lock. Nice job
