We had three quotes before choosing a company to do our kitchen refacing. Kim from Welcome Home was by far the most professional and friendly in helping us with our decision. She also offered the best price and warranty. Kim gave suggestions at our home we hadn’t thought of, she also arranged a meeting to discuss accessories and details at the showroom.

On follow up visits to the showroom Melanie and Deborah were both very helpful.

Brian came to our home to measure and answer any questions. Again, just a pleasure to deal with. Upon installation, his measurements were spot on.

The real star from the company was Meron, who did the installation. His attention to detail and expertise gave us a kitchen we now love. Easy going and friendly, he worked steadily, cleaned up each day, and did his best to limit the disruption to our household. Although it did extend into an additional day this was due to his work ethic in making sure everything was to our satisfaction.

We would feel more than comfortable in recommending Welcome Home to our friends and family.

A few years ago we had our kitchen cupboards refaced and had a great experience with this group. So when we decided to do our bathroom (s) we had Wayne come in. He made suggestions we never thought of and are happy for that. The team that did the work (Mike, Cody) were friendly and kept us informed at the end of each day. Not to mention how clean they kept the area. Thanks also to Melany with the design. We love the outcome and would highly recommend.

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with Welcome Home. From the first time meeting Kim and getting an estimate and then having the work done we were so impressed with this company and all of the people who work with them. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Every time they gave us a date to have something done, they were there. We were lucky to have Brian (Kim's husband) and owner come to our place to check out our dish washer which we were having trouble with, and he was nice enough to look at it and fix it so we don't have to worry about it. Thank you so much Kim and Brian. You both are great. Your whole group was great.

We just finished a cabinet refacing and the outcome was absolutely amazing!! Brian and Kim were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Kim assisted us in making the best choices, and they both were quick to address the few issues we had.
The crew that were here were very pleasant and very efficient.

We recently hired Welcome Home to do a full kitchen reno and are now sharing our feedback for this.
Pros:
-The Designer did a great job designing and picking out everything. Andrew and John are great workers and are disciplined with their craft. We are happy with the final result.
Cons:
-The Designer left Welcome Home before the project started and the company didn't inform us of his departure. We found this to be unprofessional.
-The contract was to take a month for a small kitchen starting date to be early May. It was not met as delays were incurred in the first week and subsequent delays.
-Damages include scratches to the living room floor + a poor crimping of pipe cause a possible catastrophic event of flooding downstairs if it had not been noticed and the main water was turned off (damage to shoes, clothing, and a new Ryobi battery, odds and sods).
-Our sink wasn't installed correctly and it was leaking and wasn't draining.
-One light wasn't installed correctly and it caused scratches to the ceiling and the newly installed cabinet door.
-They wouldn't have the courtesy to return our house key. We were told by email we had to pick our key up.

We are glad Welcome Home followed through to ensure we are ultimately satisfied with the project.

We were very impressed and pleased by the work that Kim, Brian & their team had done.
Brian ensured any little concern was taken care of promptly, which was appreciated.
Our kitchen turned out as nice as they guaranteed.
Overall, a standup company that does what they say they will.
